FAQ
Before the first call.
Straight answers. Where a number depends on scope, we say that instead of inventing one.
- What services do you offer?
- Fifteen categories, from websites and software to AI, IoT, digital twins, security, infrastructure, and marketing. The full list is in Services. If you know the problem and not the category, start with Solutions.
- What industries do you work with?
- The portfolio is shaped for construction, property, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, finance, professional services, government, energy, agriculture, and automotive. A fit is confirmed in the first conversation, not assumed from the page.
- How do you price?
- From scope. After a briefing we send a written estimate. A marketing site, an ERP, and a sensor network are not the same shape of work, so there is no single rate card.
- What is a typical timeline?
- A focused website is often measured in weeks. Organization-wide software and multi-site sensing are measured in phases over months. We estimate once the constraints are visible.
- Where do we start if we are unsure?
- Describe the operational pain, not the technology. The contact form asks for industry, interest, and timing so the first reply can point at a solution instead of a catalogue.
- Do you stay after launch?
- Yes. Hosting, maintenance contracts, monitoring, managed infrastructure, and marketing retainers are part of the portfolio. Recurring care is how a system survives its first year.
